Meet our Captain, a seasoned maestro with over three decades of illustrious experience in the dynamic realm of food and beverage. An explorer at heart, he has traversed the globe, relishing the culinary treasures of more than 84 countries. His journey has taken him across the International Date Line on no less than 9 occasions, a testament to his insatiable quest for enriching experiences.
Throughout his sojourns, he has woven a culinary tapestry by immersing himself in the flavours of diverse cultures. His philosophy centres on embracing novelty, as he consistently seeks out new dishes to savour, with a special affinity for global comfort foods that resonate across borders.
A trailblazer in the hospitality landscape, he has orchestrated the triumph of over 33 clubs and restaurants. His trail of success extends to the very launch of popular dining and nightlife establishments, leaving an indelible mark on the vibrant scenes of Mumbai, Pune, London, Bangalore, Chandigarh, Kolhapur, Jalandhar, Goa and New Delhi.
Beyond his entrepreneurial prowess, Rajat is an ardent lover of the ocean—a passion that runs as deep as his culinary expertise. In his earlier days, he emerged as a Junior National champion in table tennis, a testament to his dedication and competitive spirit. Not stopping there, he ascended to become a National champion in Tenpin Bowling, showcasing his versatility and penchant for conquering challenges both within and beyond the realm of gastronomy.
Rajat's journey is one of flavours, oceans, and accomplishments—an odyssey that intertwines his fervour for international cuisines with his affinity for the sea's vast mysteries.
